Liiza Valora for CSM – Improving a Strong Foundation – Yet another lie…

Well, it seems that this guy is now running for the CSM for EVE Online.  Yup, he’s wanting be the voice of the EVE Online players concerns to CCP.

So, someone who is a griefer in game thinks he can make the game better?  For himself perhaps, but not for the masses.  You can visit his announcement thread on the eve forums:

You should note, he’s no longer a member of The United.  He left and joined an in game alliance called Cry Havoc.

He’s setup a website for himself to outline his platform and in all honesty, it’s a well built website.  Unfortunately he still refers to himself as a Director of The United.  Makes you wonder if he left The Untied to run for the CSM and then will head back after he’s elected.  I commented on his site to alert him about the error.  Might as well play fair, let’s see if he will do the same.

Campaign Message

Better PvP for the masses is my primary goal.  The entire game revolves around it.  I would like to help take PvP in eve-online up a few notches.  Low-sec is currently the bastard child of the Dev team, I would like to see it given some improvements.  Sandbox mentality, I would like to see some things brought back to the game which make everyone feel like they are truly playing in a sandbox ie. possibility of 8 damage mods, 2 mwd’s, 15 drones from a Dominix, cruise missles on a Kestrel, capital ships in high-sec.

About me

I attended the 2009 Fanfest in Iceland.  It was incredible I met alot of people from all over the world including many people from my corporation.  I was invovled with many of the round table discussions, PvP round table, CSM panel, etc…  I was interviewed by Eve-Radio, and myself and corp mates were interviewed by Stevie SG for Eve-Online.  I was able to network and talk with a broad range of people from a plethora of corps.

I have been playing Eve-Online since late 2003.  My experience in the game started with a simple mining and mission running corporation in empire space.  I then continued on to 0.0 after 4-6 months in Empire.  I joined the famous BNC.E corporation which supplied most of BOB and especially BNC with their logistics.  During my time in BNC.E, I ran 4-6 POS, I mined Bistot and Crokite. I also did 4/10, 6/10, and 10/10 static plexes.  I helped with 3-4 day ice mining ops.  I learned how to PvP while flying along side BNC, DICE, RKK, EVOL, and sometimes with MC.  I was invovled with many fleet operations: killing POSs, killing capitals, and many Battleship fights.

After around 2 1/2 years or so I left BOB looking for something new.   I was tired of running POS and laggy fleet fights.   A friend of mine suggested I try piracy.  I signed on with The United pirate corp and I have never looked back.  I have never had so much fun in the game.  I am currently second in command within The United pirate corp and loving every minute of it.  I have been doing piracy for 2 years.

My contribution

I will try to fix somethings in Eve-Online.  I will make suggestions that a majority feel are a genuine benefit for the game.  I will represent the CSM and Eve-Online with honor and integrity.  Suggestions I would like to make:

• The Rapier and Huggin in my opinion need a web strength bonus, 60% is not enough; it limits the ship and makes every ship in the game the same as the Minmatar Recon except for the range bonus.
• The Arazu and Lachesis.  I would ask that damps be given a boost for these two Recons.  In my opinion the current bonuses limit these Gallente recons; the damps are not as effective as they should be.
• I would request a UI overhaul to include fleet stats, fleet formations, ship icons, etc…
• I would like to also discuss with CCP a concept of instant action within Eve-Online.  I feel factional warfare was suppose to fill this gap but in my opinion it hasn’t.  I would like to make suggestions that explore any possibilities of making the game more fun for everyone and of course that includes low-sec.
• ECM and ECM ships- it’s still broken. It does not fall in line with any other form of ewar being that it’s chance based. These ships change fights more than any other ship in game. All other recons don’t have that affect. ECM drones need to be looked at also.
• Faction Warfare – Allow factions to upgrade their systems similar to the way they are going to allow them to upgrade them in 0.0.  But they should only be able to upgrade certain things allowing 0.0 to still be more appealing and profitable.
• Stealth Bombers – these ships do way too much volley damage for a frigate.  Reduce the volley damage and keep the same rof.  Allow bombs to be used in low-sec just not within 5km of gates, etc.. same as smartbombs.
• Super Capitals – they need to be able to dock period.  Players don’t like being stuck in a ship.
• Missle Launchers – these modules need a visible appearance on ships the same way you can see turrets.
• Cynosural Fields – give us back the old tornado cynosural field graphic.
• Mining – more profitable roids need to be present in certain parts of low-sec.  This should be tied in with upgrading factional warfare systems.  But still have 0.0 mining be much more profitable.
• Missions – Move all lvl 4 agents of quality 5 or higher into low-sec.  It will be the single most important way to populate low-sec.
• GCC – This needs to be re-vamped in my opinion.  It’s currently setup to cover both high-sec and low-sec, seperate the two.  While in low-sec if you are a pirate repping another pirate you should not get flagged globally but only a yellow aggression timer.  I would also like to see the GCC timer reduced to 5 minutes.
• Sentry Guns – Allow tracking and signature radius to affect sentry guns with regards to drones.
• Mobile Warp Disruption Fields – Allow these to be used in low-sec just not within the bubble radius as relating to the gate, a large bubble would need to be 26km from the gate.
• Low-sec – Make low-sec more profitable and appealing.  With concern to profitability: On a scale of 1 to 10 low-sec should be a 5 with high-sec being a 1 and 0.0 being a 10.

Liiza Valora

Director – The United Pirate Corp.

He has some good points, but mostly these changes are things that he wants to be able to grief people more than he already does in game.  Many of these issues have already been addressed by previous CSM members and CCP.  He should do his research a bit more rather than try to waste people’s time.

Has this man changed?  Will he be able to help the EVE Online community as being a member of the CSM?  Given how he has treated people who do not agree with his viewpoint in the past and how he likes to harass people in real life for simply having a differing opinion, I would be compelled to say no, he would not help.

Since I no longer play EVE Online due to his harassment of myself and others, I can’t say if he’s changed his ways.  All I have to draw upon is his past history and if you take the time to read everything gathered here on this website, I think you would agree that he is NOT a good choice for CSM.  He platform is worthy of further discussion, but the man is just a problem waiting to grow.

You think that Larkonisgate was a scandal, wait until this guy goes to Iceland.   It will be far worse and this time, someone will get hurt in real life.

So, a little while ago I gained access through a bit of ’social engineering’ (guy gave me his username and PW) to a forum owned by a rival corporation. Nothing of any real value there and I had a good chortle at some of their fail setups posted, but nothing of serious interest. Of special interest to me was a RL threat posted to me by one of their directors (I’m sure you can guess who). So I just log in right now and get convo’d by this guy who recently has been throwing about RL threats, lawsuit threats, all kinds of threats… So C&P feast your eyes on this. You have gone too far. Inara and I left, quietly, peacefully, and to a corp far away from any of your operations. We left because you are an absolute douche bag. You are a liar, a coward, and an internet tough guy. After we left, you began harassing Ffeeaarr Incarnate, a friend of ours, just because he knows us IRL. Accusations of being a spy, and a security risk. Wake up, you piece of ****, Fear was never anything but loyal to BL3H. Larkonis still has a man in your piece of **** operations. How the hell do you think he knows everything, cause it sure isn’t Fear. Nor was it Inara or I.

You have single handedly driven away entire corps worth of good pilots. Upon our departure, both Katie and Martok asked for one thing: that we not tell people we left because of you. Everyone already knows that you’re a douchebag who is full of ****. But because of respect for them, we kept quiet. But no more.

Tonight, upon destroying Fear’s alt, who was still in your own damn alliance and had not left yet, you crossed the line. Never mind the fact that you threatened to drive to our house and break our arms and legs. It’s a far drive from Reading, Pennsylvania, Jeff. The gloves are off you piece of ****.

Where do you want me to start, the recruitment scams of stealing every ship a pilot has and then podding them? Or how about your Aeon that you have officer fit, that your alt Meruth sits in all day? Or how about your dishonored ransoms, particularly the guy that you blew up with your Rorqual that you bought for jump clones. Then there are the POSes set up in Rancer with an entire alt corp, Rancer Defense Farce, made of POS gunners to bait the Neo Spartans out when they go back on break from school. You were certainly scared enough to go running to TFS, whom you used to bad mouth more than anyone. But apparently you’re not enough of an internet tough guy to handle things yourself.

You push harder, mother****er, I can tell secrets about other members as well. I didn’t want to, but you ****ing crossed the line ****ing with my friend. Let’s start with ******, ******’s Nyx parking alt. Or the fact that ******, whose alt is ******, joined Tau Ceti Federation for the sole purpose of ripping them off. Do you want me to go on? I can publish the names, you know I have them. I have ****ing screen shots and chat logs.

You brought this on yourself. You were scared when Inara and I left, and for good reason. We do know how to **** you over. We didn’t want to. We like the united. You’re a piece of ****, but the rest of the guys are cool, for the most part. When you went to 181st demanding money for an incidental blue killing, much like you did with Beyond Divinity, I was there, and I kept one of their members from paying a scumbag like you. They’re now in Heretic Nation, blowing your ass up. I have friends everywhere, and I can get a spy into your corp in an instant. Hell, Lark’s had one for months, and you still don’t know who it is. I can start ****ing you over, and I don’t even have to be there myself to do it. I know plenty of people who are more than happy to blow you up themselves.

I know you think you’re tough. You brag of beating up a man you caught ****ing your wife while you were in the army, only to find out he was an officer and you barely beat prison time. Or how about mugging someone on the rough streets of Philly after hitting them over the head with a hammer?

Do you even realize that the majority of the people that leave the united leave because of you? We have an entire channel in game (Sandwich is a douche bag) filled with either former allies or corp members that left because of you.

In an act to Katie Door, the leader of the united, who is content to sit by and let Sandwich run what I thought was once the greatest corp in the ground, I offer this.

I would like to demonstrate the number of people that you would still have in corp, or at least on friendly terms, if you had just kicked Sandwich or cut his power when you had the chance. So, for all of you that understand the truth, sign this thread.

Here is a classic example of how Sandwich likes to harass people out of game.  He decided to call some poor fellow and harass him.  The victim decided to not put up with this harassment and took action.  The original post on his blog (http://www.eve-druid.com/2009/02/06/its-just-a-game-you-know) and a copy of everything below.  The domain, thebl3h.com, has changed hands as it is no longer owned by Ga’len.

Back in my post “HAHAHA, COME GET SOME!!”….Duke Nukem  (http://www.eve-druid.com/2009/01/26/hahaha-come-get-someduke-nukem), I briefly discussed some recent events with our former allies, The United.

Now, we worked well together, pirating around in the Rancer low sec pocket and we had a lot of fun.  Over the past year, The United had some ‘Internet Identity’ related issues.  One of their members who was running their forums and their killboard suddenly left their corporation, shutdown their forums and killboard due to a ‘misunderstand’ as Liiza Valora put it.

I hate to see that sort of thing happen, so I took it upon myself to help them out when they asked for help.  I setup a new domain on my server and setup their forums.  I also setup a new killboard for them and went about the long and ardous task of collecting all their killboard data from multiple sources and putting it into the new killboard.  Let me tell you, it was three weeks of sheer “fun”.  Since setting things up for them, I have been hosting their forums and killboard on my server for free since we were working together.

Given the recent change in standing, I made it a point to contact their leadership directly and I promised them that regardless of what was happening between the Neo Spartans and The United, they were welcome to continue to host their services for free as we had originally agreed.  I also told them that when they were ready to move their killboard, forums and control of their domain that I paid to register for them, I would be more than willing to help them.

This bring us to last night.  When I logged on my corpies told me that United was using a new killboard.  I was a bit surprised.  They had not said anything to me that they wanted their data moved or that they would no longer would want me to host a killboard for them.  I though this was a bit rude as I was not charging them for the hosting nor was I charging them for the maintenance or changes they wanted done to their killboard.

Not a word was said.  So, I went looking for answers.  Now, we are no longer friends due to actions taken by their leadership and official communication channels were no longer open.  I did attempt to talk to them in Rancer local, even tried to chat with them in their public channel.

When I asked what did they want me to do with their killboard, did they still want it up, I received a rather rude response from a member of  The United leadership and was promptly kicked from the channel.  I think I can accept that as a declaration that they no longer want me to host their killboard for them nor do they want control of their internet domain name.

I can understand the anger as our two organizations are no longer working together.  It’s only human to not want to host your killboard with your enemy as there would be a concern of trust, but I am a bit insulted as I have always been honest with them.

I had put in a lot of work for them and asked for nothing in return, only what they thouhgt was fair.  I never asked them for payment for any of the hosting I did as I was trying to help out some friends.  I had every intention of honoring our original agreement and had communicated that intention in a friendly manner and they simply slapped me in the face.

Now I wonder if that ‘misunderstanding’ they had with another former member of The United was really a ‘misunderstanding’ or just some revenge for being treated like a piece of dirt.  I can say that with our relations with The United over the past few months, we do know what that feels like all too well

So what do I do now?  I did take down their killboard, if they want their data as they have thousands of kills missing from their new killboard, they will have to compensate me this time, I am not going to help people that are that rude.

But what to do with the domain?  I still own http://www.thebl3h.com. I was not sure what to do, so I held a contest with my corpmates to decide and ultimately I went with a suggestion from our CEO Larkonis Trassler.  He wanted to say something formal with a bit of our famous humor but not insulting.  We do hold ourseles to a moral code and a level of character that The United leadership simply can never hold a candle to.

It’s a good read.  However, Liiza Valora did not think so.  In fact, he took it upon himself to use Whois to identify my information from the domain, call me and leave me a nice message.  He even had one of his fellow corp mates call me.  I will warn you, the message is not safe for work and contains harsh language.

For the record, this website is NOT owned and operated by the EVE Online alliance known as Negative Ten or the EVE Online corporation known as The United.  This website was originally setup for The United, however, they never paid for the domain registration nor hosting services and this the website was re tasked at the request of many members of the EVE Online community.

Who is Sandwich?

Sandwich is a nickname that the person who play the main character of Lizza Valora.  Lizza Valora is currently the controlling director of an in game corporation called The United.  Sandwich has other characters that he plays, those being Ed Sampson, Yokaar, Wolfshound, Meruth. Sandwich has earned a reputation of taking the concept of  ‘griefing’ to a whole new level, with threatening people in real life with actions that are just above and beyond human decency.

What is the purpose of this website?

This website was setup to provide an informational resources for people who may interact with this person in game are well informed and have the tools they need to protect themselves.  The history of  this person’s abusive nature has been documented in several places on the internet, but never in one place.   All information posted on this website has been collected from various sources including but not limited to the EVE Online forums, chat logs provided by players, audio files provided by players, blog posts from blogs on the internet and player submissions.

What is a real world threat or real world harassment?

I know, it sounds silly to ask this question but this is something that needs to be defined.  A real world threat is a threat made against you in the real world, such as “I’m going to come to your house and kick your ass.”  Real world harrassment is someone tracking you down in the real world, making prank phone calls, sending you unwanted email with content such as “I will kill you”.

I have received an in game, real world threat from one of Sandwich’s characters or another EVE Online player, what should I do?

First, remain calm.  Such incidents do not happen often as the majority of EVE Online players are decent human beings.  You will be okay.

Second, I would strongly suggest that you submit an in game petition (https://support.eve-online.com/page/petitions/createpetition.aspx) under Rules & Policies – Harassment.  Be sure to include any and/or all of the following in the petition:

• Clearly describe the incident in the petition.
• All pertinent chat logs.
• Copies of any pertient emails, both in and out of game in applicable.
• If you were called on the phone, the phone number that was displayed for the caller.
• If received voice mails, save them and attach to the petition.

The EVE Online GM’s take such petitions very seriously and they will look into the issue immediately. You may be directed by the EVE Online GM’s to contact your local law enforcement authority and I would urge you to do so, for your own protection.
